IT planning tool for order monitoring, capacity planning for the automotive / packaging industry

An IT planning tool was implemented within a corporation to control orders and capacities Europe-wide and across plants as well as to reduce response times. Capacities, cycle times and the days inventory held had to be redefined, and the processes in order management, controlling and planning, and logistics and procurement had to be outlined.

Project leadership in the implementation of SAP R/3 on the plant level for the modules SD, PP and MM, DWH

It was necessary to implement different SAP modules to reach the target of cross-plant introduction of an ERP system incl. DWH to be able to intervene in the operational structure better. This took place by investigating the core competences and the adjusting the main processes within the affected areas. Standards and regulations were created for operational handling, and Key Performance Indicators were defined.
